The Hot Sauce and Fiery Foods Festival, Jindivick
The Hot Sauce and Fiery Foods Festival is held in Jindivick, Victoria. It is Australia's longest running chilli festival and has become famous for all manner of fiery foods, good food, wine and chilli from throughout Australia and America.
The show's "Fiery Food Challenge" is a family-focused event, allowing entrants to cook their favourite chilli dishes with the ingredients that are are provided - quite a challenge! Choose your favourite chilli exhibitor's products and get cooking. The judges will then taste the finished meals and mark them on their merits of taste, aroma, consistency and appearance.
With live entertainment, great family games, food and drink tastings and competition prizes, it's a great day out!
